SHIPPING POLICY

We deliver only across Dubai. We have same day delivery for every order that have been placed between 0 am and 6 pm. In case of ordering after 7 pm the order will be delivered on the next day. 

If a 2nd delivery attempt is required a new delivery charge is applicable.

For delivery in Emirates other than Dubai:

 - delivery to Abu Dhabi is available on Tuesdays for a minimum amount of AED 250 or more;

Our delivery works every day from 10 am to 10 pm.

HF Foods will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE”.

Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
