Chicken Pie (Frozen)

It's very convenient to have one pie with any filling in your freezer, so when unexpected guests arrive, you can easily take it out and bake a moist homemade pie.

Directions: Before baking, place the pie on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let it rest in a warm place for an hour; proofing is required. Then bake at 180-200°C for 40-50 minutes, using the top/bottom heat setting. Brush with a beaten egg yolk 10 minutes before the end of cooking.

Ingredients: flour, butter, egg, salt, yeast, water, sour cream, chicken fillet, potatoes, onion, ground black pepper.
