Kish with Chicken, Mushrooms and Spinach (Frozen)

Preparation: Before cooking, place the quiche on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let it rest in a warm place for an hour. If you're short on time, you can bake it in a preheated oven at 20°C (68°F) for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, without opening the oven door, increase the temperature to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 25 minutes. Brush with a beaten egg yolk 10 minutes before it's done.
