Korean - Style carrot

Korean-style carrots (also carrot, Koryo mar 마르코프차) is a salad made from chopped carrots (in the form of thin and long strips), garlic, vegetable oil and seasonings (such as cilantro). Korean-style carrots gained wide popularity in the USSR, which remains in many former republics.
