Gustarro Pies with Potato (Frozen) 12 pcs

Directions:
Before cooking, place the pies on a parchment-lined baking sheet and leave in a warm place for 2 hours. Then let rise for another 40 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 25 minutes. Brush with a beaten egg yolk 10 minutes before they're done.
The pies can also be fried.
Place in heated oil; use plenty of oil to prevent the pastry from sticking to the bottom. Cover with a lid if necessary and fry for 3/4 minute on each side. Try to fry over medium heat to allow the dough to rise.
